Springfield Lakes/Solera

Springfield Lakes is a master planned community developed by Del Webb (Pulte). This development is half young families and the other half is a gated adult only community. This golf community consisting of approximately 300 homes is located in South Chandler near Riggs & Gilbert Roads. These homes range in size from 1,100 square feet up to 3,000 and were built between 2001-2005. The par 71 Lone Tree Golf course is located in the center of the community and is a full service club with state of the art practice facility and pro shop. The Grille @ Lone Tree, opened in October of 2007, and is owned and operated by Lone Tree Golf Club. The wide open patio and dining area offer picturesque views of the golf course and the beautiful San Tan Mountains. In addition to the golf course this development offers parks,  a lake, community pools and near by schools and shopping.
