Kierland
The 730 acre master planned golf course community of Kierland is located in beautiful North Scottsdale Arizona near Greenway and Scottsdale Roads. The Kierland development consists of gated homes, golf course homes, lofts, condos and townhouses. Also, there are some luxurious, single-family homes with private pools. Most homes were built in the 90′s and range in size from 1,100 – 3,000 square feet.
Kierland Golf Club, designed by Scott Miller in 1996, is situated on 225 acres in the heart of North Scottsdale. The golf course has three nine-hole courses: Acacia, Mesquite and Ironwood named for the trees that dominate its landscape. The three courses offer a combined round of play on 18 holes of par 72, 6,900 yard golf. The Golf Club is managed by Troon Golf, the leader in upscale golf course management. The clubhouse at Kierland is spectacular in its own right, with an awarding winning pro shop, locker rooms with showers for men and women, plus the Brittlebush Bar and Grill which offers lunch and dinner menus in a lodge-like enclave, affording sweeping golf course views.
