Hi, I'm trying to see if I can connect my Cash App account (where I sometimes take payments) directly to Quickbooks Online? I can't find it as an option in the "find apps" search bar. It would be very helpful to be able to automatically see the transactions from my Cash App in QB.
Thanks!

Is it possible to connect my Cash App to Quickbooks Online?
Hello there, jose65.
Yes, you're right. The cash app account is unavailable to link in QuickBooks Online. Having this option would be great.
For now, I recommend sending your suggestion to our product developer. They'll evaluate your insights about adding the Cash app to the lists. You can log in to your QBO account. Then, go to theGearicon and selectFeedback.
Alternatively, we can manually upload your transactions. Here's how:
- Log in to your bank website and get your business transactions using aCSV file.
- Log in to your QBO account.
- Go to theBookkeepingorTransactionsmenu.
- Within theBankingtab, clickUpload transactions.
- SelectDrag and droporselect files and select the file you downloaded from your bank. Then selectContinue.
- In theQuickBooks account ▼dropdown, select the account you want to upload the transactions into. Then selectContinue.
For the information and steps on importing bank data, we can visit this article:Manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online.

Your solution is not possible because quikbooks only accepts file uploads under 100kb when import transactions. All cashapp CSV files whether annual or quarterly are 300kb. Even w a compressor it's impossible to bring it down to a 100 kb. Pls advise

Thank you for sharing some clarification, thedigitalpenguin.
I understand the importance of being able to import and connect Cash App to QuickBooks Online (QBO). However, linking it to QBO is currently unavailable at the moment. As a result, I suggest sending your feedback to QuickBooks so that our developer may analyze and include your suggestions in future releases. We appreciate your understanding and thank you for helping us improve our services.
Here's how to send your feedback:
- Go to theGearicon located in your top right corner.
- Under theProfilecolumn, selectFeedback.
- Enter your idea in the provided field.
- ClickNextto submit.
You can also track your feedback by going to this website:QuickBooks Online Feature Requests.
Furthermore, you can alsovisit the Communityto see some related topics that can be any help as you make your future transactions.
I'll be happy to help if you need further assistance as you use QBO. Just enter your concern in the comment section and we'll be around to provide some steps or information.
