Road to the 2024 WCWS: Who will advance to Super Regionals? (2024)

Can Oklahoma make history and become the first softball program to four-peat? Or will someone dethrone the Sooners?

The road to the 2024 Women's College World Series has officially begun. For the first time since 2018, Oklahoma did not get the top seed in the NCAA softball tournament. Instead, that honor belongs to No. 1 Texas, which advanced to the super regionals Sunday. The Sooners are the No. 2 seed and also advanced Sunday.

We're down to 16 teams. The super regionals will feature seven teams from the SEC, four teams from the Big 12, three teams from the Pac-12 and two teams from the ACC. Unseeded schools Arizona and Baylor will join the 14 other regional hosts.

We continue to break down each regional and provide you with schedule updates, scores and how to watch the NCAA tournament.
