Great share indeed Suresh Menon and Devendra Naik ... Creating jobs is an entrepreneur’s version of matchmaking - pairing people with tasks they love (or tolerate). It’s a perk with responsibility, where you’re the boss, mentor, and occasional therapist when coffee runs out or deadlines loom large!4o

If you often wonder what's the best way to grow in your career,I read this fascinating concept called Game One - Game Two in Dan Hockenmaier's newsletter. This is how it goes -There are two career games:Game One - optimizing for company outcomesGame Two - optimizing for personal outcomesIf you work in startups, prioritize Game One.Focus on solving high-impact problems. This way, your success is tied to the company's success. This will help you build a strong reputation and open doors for future opportunities.Don't get caught up in titles or team size (Game Two).Focus on making a real difference, and you will find your career move places.

4 Lessons That Made Me Realize 🤩The team is the backbone ❤🏹 1. Getting the Work Done: It's crucial to complete day-to-day tasks and long-term project milestones to get closer to the goal. After facing several issues with the team while getting the work done, I often had to complete tasks myself, which created an excessive load for me.🤑 2. The Business Mindset: In the beginning, I was doing everything—from marketing, designing, sales, execution, and management to delivery. This made me stuck in a loop, unable to move forward. To build a business, we need to create a system that yields results.🖌️ 3. The Artist: I can't be good at everything, but I can find someone who is a master at something and can provide 10X better results. So, I stopped doing everything on my own and started looking for talented artists who can execute things their way.📈 4. Performance: I can't constantly hover around my team, asking for updates or timelines. If I have to do that, it means there's a problem. From this, I realized that if the team delivers good performance, the company will automatically start seeing results. And the last, most important lesson:😇 Mindset: Hurdles are day-to-day tasks that we must overcome to deliver results. If someone can do this, they can provide solutions in any situation.&Each person is different, so don’t expect the same from everyone. The team comes with its pros and cons. 😎Let me know your thoughts in the comments.#marketing #team #hiring #startup #brand #vinayshakyawar

🎥 HOW TO MAKE THE SAME VIDEO FIVE TIMES IN A ROW — AND IMPROVE IT EVERY TIME?Working with early-stage startups teaches you one thing: change is constant, and creativity is your best ally.💡 THE CHALLENGEWhen @Career.io approached me, their platform was still in development. Career.io combines tools for:📄 Crafting resumes.🔍 Job searching and tracking applications.💬 Preparing for interviews. My task was to:• Understand their complex structure.• Tell their story clearly and engagingly.• Create a visual concept to unite their vision. The 🔮 "magic ball on a journey" symbolized the user’s career progression, seamlessly moving through the platform’s features.🚀 THE EVOLUTIONAs Career.io grew, so did the video. Over the years, we created:💼 A B2B version for partners.👨🎓 A B2C version for users.🗃️ Investor-focused content.⭐ Product explainers. Each version brought unique challenges, and I loved solving them creatively.🙏 THANK YOUBig thanks to Talent, Inc for their trust and collaboration! To all future clients:Behind every “simple” design is a story of strategy, creativity, and hard work. 💼✨If you're ready to bring your story to life, let’s connect! 🚀#Animation #MotionDesign #CreativeStorytelling #StartupLife #CareerDevelopment

Why settle for the rat race when you have the potential to create something extraordinary? As engineering students, we see countless brilliant minds around us—people solving complex LeetCode problems, musicians practicing late into the night, creatives who dream big but end up chasing the same corporate job offers. But why? Why are we pouring our heart and talent into building someone else’s dream? At Co-Create, we believe in something different. We believe in you—your ideas, your creativity, and your potential to change the world. 💡✨Why solve 500 coding problems just to put them on your resume when you could use that brilliance to build your own project, your own startup? Why silence the musician or artist in you, chasing a 9-to-5, when you could be publishing your own album, recording your podcast, or creating your own path?Co-Create isn’t LinkedIn. It’s not about landing a job at some big corporation. It’s about creating something that’s truly yours. It’s about giving your time and effort to projects you’re passionate about, to ventures that make you proud.🎙️ Launch that podcast.🎶 Publish that album.🛠️ Build that startup.📚 Bring your ideas to life. It’s time to shift the work culture in India and beyond. You don’t need to follow the beaten path. You can create your own.Join us at Co-Create and let’s build the future together. 💪🚀#CoCreate #StartSomethingNew #ChangeTheCulture #Empowerment #Innovation #PassionOverProfit #CreateYourFuture #Entrepreneurship #MakeItYours

It was time. Six months ago, I left my full-time job to take a break.Exhausted. Burned out.My only plan? Take a break and consult to cover expenses. I needed time to breathe, to think. In the last 5 months, things changed:✤ Joined a writing workshop.✤ Met insanely talented, wildly experienced people.✤ Launched a Substack.✤ Got involved with two startups.✤ Lined up three clients for upcoming #consulting workIn the last 7 days:✤ Hired an EA/VA.✤ Hunting for a #videoeditor.✤ Quietly brewing plans for a #bootstrap with a PM and a dev.And here’s the thing: I’ve never felt more inspired, energized, or excited about what’s next.✍ I thought I was hitting pause. Turns out, I was hitting reset."Plans." Funny concept. I’m here for the ride.
