SunBird Golf Resort is an active adult 55+ golf community in Chandler, Arizona. This is a secure, gated community with 1,631 homes mostly built in the 90′s. These Robson homes range in size from 900 square feet to 2,000. SunBird offers many amenities including but not limited to a 43,000 square foot community center. The community center has many recreational facilities including an expansive, beautifully appointed Ball Room. There is a Billiards Room with six  tables, a Fitness Room, a Ceramics Room, a Lapidary Room, Craft and Card rooms, and a Library! Outside activities are abundant and the SunBird Golf Course which is an executive length course is only the beginning. There are just enough hazards to challenge even the most ardent golfers. There are two swimming pools, four tennis courts, six shuffle board courts, pickle ball courts, and two horseshoe pits. Convenience abounds in SunBird beginning with Wi-Fi in the lounge, a wonderful restaurant and even a Post Office right in the community! Some of the most beautiful views of the San Tan Mountains can be enjoyed from the SunBird Restaurant.
