Gilbert Arizona is a quiet suburb located just Southeast of Phoenix. Incorporated in 1920 and covering 43 square miles its current population is 217,000. As far as residential development goes Gilbert is a fairly new community with most of its homes being built starting from the early 1990′s. We currently have five golf home communities including Western Skies, the large development of Seville, Greenfield Lakes, El Dorado Lakes and the upscale 55+ community of Trilogy Power Ranch. Gilbert has a multitude of amenities such as schools, medical facilities, shopping, many restaurants and of course golf. The two largest golf home communities, Trilogy and Seville, are located in the Southern most portion of the town.
