Villages at Queen Creek

Villages at Queen Creek is a fairly large community located in North Queen Creek near Ellsworth and Ocotillo Roads. This is in an area that is currently trying to start their own township called San Tan. Homes in this golf community range from 1,500 square feet up to 3,500. Many home builders were in this development including Richmond, DR Horton and KB Homes. Most homes were constructed between 2002 and 2008. The par 71 public Las Colinas Golf Club is located in the center of this community. The course landscape offers mature trees, native plants and two lakeside holes.
