Sun Lakes AZ is a large, master planned golf community located in South Chandler, Arizona near Riggs & Alma School Roads. The location is ideal with great access to I-10 and less than a half hour to Phoenix Sky Harbor airport. Sun Lakes AZ is a large community built on over 5 square miles with several thousand homes and over 15,000 residents. A large percentage of our residents are winter time only but a fair number are full time. Summers here are of course warm, but it’s still beautiful then also. If you tee off early in the morning the golf isn’t bad either.

Sun Lakes AZ is actually made up of five separate golf communities and three homeowner associations. Three of these communities are gated. Homes range in age from almost 30 years old to as recently built as 2006. The square footage of homes were made to accommodate any lifestyle starting out at about 1,100 square feet up to over 3,000.

Sun Lakes AZ Amenities

Sun Lakes AZ residents and their guests enjoy just about any activity you can imagine. There are a number of both 18 and 9 hole golf courses with both championship and executive layouts. There are also numerous restaurants and 5 clubhouses with golf instruction, driving ranges, putting/chipping greens, pro shops, etc. There are several cafes, tennis courts, hot tubes, pools, lakes, walking/biking paths, parks and the list goes on and on. You name it we probably have it!
